blog - this blog is cold fusion code base from a different server. As The Dharma Center on line member ship increases I will place new Java/ColdFusion based componets. New components such as interactive image galleries, newsletter functionality and a database driven meeting calendar.

 

Maui Culinary Academy
Requirements: Cold Fusion interactive site.

Contact Form - writes to a database - gives user acknowledgement - routes form information to department head - sends email response at set intervals to user.

Search - Uses Java based collection attributes and can index all words in site per page and assign search probability as %. Client side collection indexing after login. User is able to search by page title or page title/page content.

Database driven - information can be added/updated/deleted by staff members after login. Includes thumbnail images to large image drill down page system.

On-line Store - full function on line store able to accept credit cards through member registration/login. Uses php code language writing to a MySQL database. All updating is done in a multi-level administration login system.

Recipe Database - Uses a cold fusion called function to display drill down information with a JavaScript interface.

In development - Student testimonial page with login administration and student photo upload.

 

UH Art Department
Requirements: Artful display, large image files that are well organized, fast loading and simple to navigate. Built with extensive use of cascading style sheets. Uses Java based JAlbum for image galleries.

 

V. Linears Site
Requirements: Simple, small fast loading site. Book appears to be an image but is actually css borders using 10-20 pixel ridge attributes. Used with Contribute3 . Excellent printing quality using css print attributes. This design is duplicated in guitar site

 

Rosewood Productions Requirements: Topical themes, many large audio files, flash components, PayPal, and collector quality guitar sales.

 

WRITER'S SITE - NOVEL

This is an application for a writer to submit an entire multimedia novel to publishing houses and editors for review and/or sale.

This site is one part of the Maui Creative Community site listed below. A publisher/reviewer is able to bring up one or numerous chapters depending on their bandwith. A CFID session cookie is placed on host computer and previous session variables are maintained. This application contains a customization page which allows user to pass new display variables. The application has cf error checking and authorization and authentification cf code that varifies user from database. This is an experimental site bringing to the user enhanced functionality of uTube videos, Java applets, various image and movie formats.

 

Maui Creative Community Requirements: Numerous Cold Fusion interactive sites and databases. UNDER CONSTRUCTION - MOCK UP - Contains complete art gallery and administration (3 levels of login 1) super admin 2) artist manager 3) artist, a duplication of Maui Culinary Site ( 300 site and admin pages, a four seperate domain feeds (not active) and a Musician Database (not active)

Maui Memorial Medical Center - Requirements: Intranet.(internship | my test URL) Requirements: Intranet site to be used by 50+ departments. State funded and developed in conjunction with a non profit corporation.
